RJ Reynolds Ordered To Pay $6M Over Lung Cancer Death
A Florida federal jury on Thursday ordered R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. to pay nearly $6 million to a widow who claimed cigarettes made by the company helped to cause her husband's fatal lung cancer, finding it mostly responsible for the man's death.
