    Overstock.com Dodges Class Action Over Return Fees

    A New York federal judge on Monday tossed a class action against Overstock.com Inc. alleging the company improperly charged a customer a $30 restocking fee after she returned a vacuum cleaner, finding that the company's return policy would not be misleading to a reasonable consumer.
