Jury Awards Snowplow Maker $9.8M In Patent Row
A Wisconsin federal jury on Thursday handed down a $9.75 million special damages verdict in favor of Douglas Dynamics LLC and against mobile equipment manufacturer Buyers Products Co. after the court determined that Buyers Products' snowplow assemblies infringe five claims of Douglas Dynamics' patent.
