Nationwide Class Certified In Software 'Time Bomb' Suit
A New Jersey federal judge on Friday certified a nationwide class of software purchasers under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act in a suit alleging Commence Corp. sold them defective administrative software containing a "time bomb" that caused the software to fail in March 2006.
