Sodexo Management Inc. and a unit of Swiss Reinsurance Co. Ltd. settled a suit Wednesday in Massachusetts federal court over the insurer's refusal to cover approximately $2.2 million of a contract dispute settlement Sodexo paid to a New York hospital.
