Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Friday resolved allegations raised by a proposed consumer class that it participated in a conspiracy with SanDisk Corp. and other technology giants to fix prices on flash memory through unlawful patent licensing deals and other misconduct, announcing a settlement agreement in California federal court.
