Actavis Pays $118M To Settle Drug Pricing Claims
Affiliates of generics maker Actavis Group agreed last week to pay $118.6 million to settle claims from the federal government and four states including Iowa and South Carolina in multidistrict litigation accusing several pharmaceutical companies of reporting inflated drug prices to Medicaid.
