    A California federal judge on Thursday spurned a settlement between Lumber Liquidators Inc. and a class of retail workers in a Fair Labor Standards Act suit alleging their overtime wages weren't properly calculated after concluding that an award to a class representative was too high compared to the overall value of the deal.
