NCAA Nets Dismissal Of College Degree Price-Fixing Suit
An Indiana federal judge on Thursday dismissed a student athlete's proposed price-fixing class action against the NCAA, saying the suit's claims that colleges kept degree prices high were speculative and failed to meet the burden of proof required for alleged Sherman Act violations.
