    Google Street View Beats Patent Claims In California

    Google Inc.'s popular Street View navigation service does not infringe on four patents held by Vederi LLC, a California federal judge ruled Friday, saying Google's system uses curved or spherical views taken with a fisheye lens while Vederi's patents covers only stitched-together flat images.
