Getty Images Inc. has reached an agreement resolving claims that it improperly licensed photographs featuring pine tree-shaped car air fresheners that bear a substantial resemblance to those trademarked by Car-Freshener Corp. and Julius Samann Ltd., according to a judgment entered Thursday.
