    A Georgia federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss a trademark infringement suit brought by Humphrey Bogart's estate against Ashley Furniture Industries Inc., saying there was evidence that consumers could confuse the company's Bogart sofa collection with the "Casablanca" star's name.
