    Artist Prince, Photographer Cariou Settle Fair Use Feud

    Artist Richard Prince reached a settlement with photographer Patrick Cariou to put an end to a suit alleging Prince infringed Cariou's copyrights by using nearly unadulterated Cariou images in five artworks, according to filings in New York federal court Tuesday.
