    SEC Wins Fraud Claims Against Investment Adviser

    The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has won a case in New York federal court alleging that an investment adviser fraudulently lured clients into an investment program in order to receive more than $8 million in commissions and fees over a two-year period, the SEC said on Wednesday.
