United Airlines Strikes $1M Deal To End ADA Dispute
United Airlines Inc. will pay more than $1 million and implement changes to its reassignment policies to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit alleging the airline violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by not automatically assigning disabled workers to vacant positions they were capable of filling, the agency said.
