Citigroup Can't Arbitrate Robo Call Action, Judge Says
A California federal judge on Monday denied Citigroup Inc.'s bid to compel arbitration in a proposed class action accusing the company of placing unwanted cellphone calls, saying Citigroup had not produced enough evidence it had a contract with the plaintiff.
