    Target Clothing Infringed Fabric Maker's Design: Judge

    A California federal judge on Thursday ruled that Target Corp. and two textile companies were liable for copyright infringement after the retail giant was accused of selling clothing bearing a design owned by fabric designer Star Fabrics Inc. without authorization.
