A California federal judge on Tuesday confirmed a settlement agreement potentially valued at $5.8 million committing Lockheed Martin Corp. and General Dynamics Corp. to pay for remediation of chemicals including mercury and cancer-linked polychlorinated biphenyls stemming from two locations in the San Diego Bay area.
