A Colorado federal judge on Thursday reopened a $100 million suit brought by the trustee for Centrix Financial LLC accusing the founder of the bankrupt auto finance lender and others of making fraudulent transfers, allowing the trustee to investigate whether a subsequent settlement was based on false financial disclosures.
