Hitachi TV Receiver Patents Not Infringed, Jury Rules
Hitachi Consumer Electronics Co. Ltd. on Friday lost a lawsuit against TPV Technology Ltd. over alleged infringement of patents on television receivers, when a Texas federal jury found that Hitachi failed to prove that TPV infringed any of the claims of the patents.
