Kraft Paying $1.75M To Settle Sales Workers' OT Suits
Kraft Foods Global Inc. agreed Friday to pay $1.75 million to resolve class claims that it didn't pay its Pennsylvania sales employees proper overtime wages following a ruling that the global food conglomerate's method for calculating overtime pay wasn't permitted under state law.

A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday shot down a move by Kraft Foods Global Inc. to dispose of a proposed class action alleging the food giant didn't pay workers proper overtime wages, finding the company's method for calculating overtime pay doesn't fly under Pennsylvania law.
