Severn Peanut Co. Inc. launched a negligence and breach of contract suit on Friday alleging Industrial Fumigant Co. is responsible for more than $19 million in damages after its efforts to fumigate Severn's North Carolina storage facility in 2009 led to an explosion and fire.
