    19 'Occurrences' Found In Faulty Pool Defense Suit

    A Connecticut federal judge on Monday raised the stakes for Harleysville Worcester Insurance's coverage fight with R.I. Pools Inc. and Paramount Concrete Inc. over damage to newly built swimming pools from defective concrete, ruling that there were 19 "occurrences" and finding that five exclusions do not apply.
