Nat'l Century Investors Drop $3B Fraud Suits Against Ex-CEO
National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. bondholders on Monday dropped their litigation against co-founder and former CEO Lance Poulsen over the health care finance company's nearly $3 billion securities fraud scheme, saying in light of his presumed insolvency, pursuing the cases against him isn't worth it.

Credit Suisse To Pay $400M To End Nat'l Century Fraud Suits
Credit Suisse Group AG on Thursday agreed to pay $400 million to settle multidistrict and other litigation brought by National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. bondholders, ending claims over its alleged role in the bankrupt health care finance company's $3 billion fraud scheme.

ING Bank NV on Monday dropped a suit in Ohio against the incarcerated former CEO of New Century Financial Enterprises Inc. over $500 million the bank lost in the massive securities fraud that felled the health care lender.
