9th Circ. Won't Replay Tossed Guitar Antitrust Row
The Ninth Circuit on Thursday refused to rehear federal antitrust claims in multidistrict litigation alleging Fender and other instrument makers conspired to set guitar prices, rejecting the plea from a trio of law professors arguing the ruling flouts U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
