Hawking To Cover Some Of Sipco's Fees In Wireless IP Row
Wireless networking company Sipco LLC won a motion Wednesday to have Hawking Technologies LLC cover some of its attorneys' fees in its patent infringement suit against Hawking, after a Texas judge found Sipco wouldn't have had to pay those fees if a Hawking principal hadn't induced employees to lie in court.

Hawking President Referred To Prosecutors In IP Fight
A Texas federal judge on Friday referred to prosecutors claims that the president of electronics maker Hawking Technologies Inc. ordered two employees to perjure themselves while defending against Sipco LLC's patent infringement suit targeting Hawking, Amazon.com Inc. and other wireless systems makers.
