FilmOn Blasts Networks' Fee Request In Copyright Suit
FilmOn.com Inc. lambasted CBS Broadcasting Inc. and other networks in New York federal court on Tuesday for requesting "excessive" attorney fees in their copyright suit, saying the broadcasters' failure to meet with the online television provider before seeking a contempt order should bar them from recouping fees.

FilmOn Must Pay Networks $1.4M Owed In Copyright Fight
A New York federal judge on Tuesday ordered FilmOn X to pay CBS Broadcasting Inc. and other networks $1.35 million, plus interest and attorneys' fees, for failing to pay the full amount it owed under an October 2012 settlement ending a copyright suit brought by the networks.

CBS Says FilmOn Violated Settlement Of Infringement Suit
CBS Broadcasting Inc. told a New York federal judge Monday that billionaire Alki David, owner of the video-on-demand and TV streaming service FilmOn.TV Networks Inc., should be compelled to hold up his end of a $1.6 million copyright infringement settlement and to remove Web postings bashing the broadcaster.
