Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. on Tuesday reached a settlement in Missouri with an artist who said a character in the hit movie "The Hangover Part II" sported a tattoo that infringed a copyrighted design he created for boxer Mike Tyson.

The Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. movie "The Hangover: Part II" will come out as scheduled Thursday, following a Missouri federal judge's denial Tuesday of an injunction bid by a tattoo artist who says a tattoo sported by a character in the film infringes his copyrighted design.

The artist who inked boxing champion Mike Tyson's face with its well-known tattoo sued Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. in Missouri on Thursday, claiming it put the image on an actor's face without permission for its sequel to "The Hangover."
