Crestron Escapes Injunction In Home Automation Row
A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday refused to slap a preliminary injunction on Crestron Electronics Inc. for allegedly taking retaliatory action against a dealer of its home automation technology who consorted with rival Savant Systems LLC, the plaintiff in an antitrust suit against Crestron.
