Aeropostale Infringed Floral Shirt Designs, Jury Finds
A California federal jury on Friday found that clothing retailer Aeropostale Inc. and garment company Ms. Bubbles Inc. infringed LA Printex Industries Inc.'s copyrights on two floral shirt designs in a trial presided over by the Ninth Circuit's chief judge.

Aeropostale Inc. and another apparel business have infringed textile company LA Printex Industries Inc.'s copyright on floral shirt designs, attorneys for LA Printex told California jurors and the Ninth Circuit's chief judge on Wednesday.
