CORRECTED: Court Slams Construction Co., Counsel For 'Frivolous' Claims

Duane Morris LLP and a New Jersey board of education won on Wednesday and Thursday in New Jersey federal court attorney fees and sanctions in a more than decade-long dispute that began over a delayed construction project, with the court ruling the company that sued and its counsel acted in bad faith. Correction: An earlier story misattributed an argument made by the company, D&D, on pending claims. The error has been corrected.
