Sony, Activision Win Suit Over Console-Scorching Games
A California federal judge on Tuesday threw out a consumer class action accusing Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC and Activision Blizzard Inc. of selling advanced "Call of Duty" video games that strained older versions of the PlayStation 3 game console, causing them to overheat and break.
