    A Delaware federal judge said Wednesday that Rambus Inc.'s destruction of evidence in its patent infringement row with Micron Technology Inc. was intentional and widespread, and that her penalty — banning Rambus from enforcing 12 of its semiconductor patents  — was drastic but justified.
