Innkeepers USA Trust preferred shareholder One East Capital Advisors LP objected Friday to the hotel operator's reorganization plan in New York bankruptcy court, saying it releases third-party nondebtors like Innkeepers owner Apollo Investment Corp. from too wide an array of claims.
