Paper bag wholesaler Duro Bag Manufacturing has settled a suit accusing it of attempting to run rival Western Pacific Kraft Inc. out of business by providing secret rebates to its competitor's customers and interfering with vendor contracts, according to a Thursday filing in California federal court.

Duro Bag Manufacturing Co. on Tuesday lost its bid to toss a California suit that alleges it provided secret rebates and discounts to Western Pacific Kraft Inc. customers and interfered with vendor contracts, nearly driving its rival out of business.
