Duro Bag, Rival Wrap Up Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (May 13, 2014, 4:52 PM EDT) -- Paper bag wholesaler Duro Bag Manufacturing has settled a suit accusing it of attempting to run rival Western Pacific Kraft Inc. out of business by providing secret rebates to its competitor’s customers and interfering with vendor contracts, according to a Thursday filing in California federal court.
