Apple Can Intervene In Lodsys' IP Suit Over Game Apps
Apple Inc. on Thursday was permitted to weigh in on a licensing company's lawsuit accusing Electronic Arts Inc. and other video game makers of infringing a pair of network communication patents in games developed for Apple's iPad and iPod.
