    Texas E-Filers Seek Class Cert In LexisNexis Fee Suit

    Texas residents accusing legal data giant LexisNexis of using a no-bid contract to provide e-filing services for two counties to charge illegal and grossly overpriced e-filing fees in state courts moved Friday to certify a class of more than 3,000 litigants who paid the allegedly inflated costs.
