Dell, Oracle Sued Over Remote Server Tech Patents
Round Rock Research LLC, a patent-holding company founded by former Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner John Desmarais, sued Oracle Corp. and Dell Inc. in Texas on Wednesday, accusing them of infringing nine patents for server management technology.
