    Filmmaker Wins 'Arbitrage' Copyright Suit

    A federal judge in California ruled in favor of filmmaker Nicholas Jarecki on Thursday in a dispute over his screenplay "Arbitrage" — which is being made into a movie starring Richard Gere — saying Infinity Media Inc. held no copyright interests in the screenplay or the film.
