    A Texas federal judge held Friday that online storage provider Dropbox Inc. couldn't delay a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit until the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ruled on the disputed trademark, saying the USPTO proceedings wouldn't resolve all the suit's allegations.
