Pfizer And Subsidiaries Shake FCA Pain Patch Suit
A Maryland federal judge tossed litigation accusing Pfizer Inc. and several subsidiaries of off-label marketing the Flector painkiller patch because a similar action was pending when the whistleblower filed suit, admitting Friday that she erred previously by letting the matter proceed because the earlier suit had been dropped.
