Cisco Didn't Breach Software Contract With AMC, Judge Rules
Cisco Systems Inc. scored a victory Thursday in its breach of contract dispute with AMC Technology LLC when a California federal judge ruled that a software connector AMC was supposedly obligated to develop for Cisco wasn't actually in the companies' development and licensing agreement.
