'Ultimate Rush' Author Sues Sony, Others Over Similar Film
The author of "The Ultimate Rush," a novel about a rollerblading messenger in San Francisco, sued Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. and Columbia Pictures Industries Inc. on Monday in California federal court alleging their upcoming movie "Premium Rush" plagiarized his novel.
