Family members of 241 U.S. soldiers killed in a 1983 bombing in Lebanon are suing Luxembourg-based Clearstream Banking SA and Citibank NA for allegedly helping Iran improperly transfer $250 million in assets out of the U.S., according to a partially redacted complaint unsealed Monday.
