Hard Rock Condotel Owners' Disclosure Suit Whittled Down
A suit lodged by owners of condo-hotel units in a Hard Rock Cafe International USA Inc. venture was whittled down on Wednesday by a California judge, but lives on with claims that the independent developer violated state laws by failing to disclose that purchase contracts could be rescinded for two years.
