    Equitas Wants Out Of Pepsi Toxic Tort Coverage Suit

    London-based Equitas Insurance Ltd. asked a California federal court Wednesday to drop it from a coverage lawsuit brought by the Pepsi-Cola Metropolitan Bottling Co. over an underlying toxic tort suit, claiming that a 2009 transfer of the relevant insurance policies to Equitas wasn't recognized in the U.S.
