An Indiana federal judge Tuesday said an African-American applicant for a job with International Truck and Engine Corp. was entitled to about $877,633 in back pay, punitive damages and other damages in the man's suit alleging the company discriminated in its hiring, including just over $106,000 in punitive damages.
