A Texas federal judge on Wednesday tossed what was left of a suit filed by mortgage bankers against Wells Fargo claiming the bank improperly classified them as exempt from overtime, finding the remaining California bankers' claims are barred because of a previous $19 million settlement in a similar state court case.
