    Xilinx Targets Patent Holder Over Semiconductor IP

    Semiconductor company Xilinx Inc. sued Intellectual Ventures Management LLC in California federal court on Friday in a bid to invalidate seven patents, claiming the patent holding giant has no standing to enforce the patents because Xilinx had licensed them.
